Do you accept drop ins?

Yes! Absolutely! just fill out the form and let us know a little bit about who you are, your experience, and how we can help. Our Drop in rate is $25/session.

Do I need to compete?

No, not at all. We have athletes that do this to be stronger and more fit without any aspirations to compete.

What if I’ve never touched a barbell before?

No worries at all. We have coached many athletes from zero athletic background to competitors.

Do you offer discounts?

No, we do not offer discounts.

What do I need to get started?

We suggest a notebook, lifting shoes and gym attire. Eventually you may invest in other lifting equipment like lifting straps, a weightlifting belt, thumb tape, etc. But for now focus on the three I listed above. If you need help finding lifting shoes, let me know and I’ll send you some links.

Do I need experience before I get started?

Absolutely not! We work with anyone from novice to advanced in their lifting abilities.
